- 8 guava leaves

- Prepare the ingredients:

- Chop the noni fruits into small pieces.
- Boil the water:
- In a pot, bring the 3 cups of water to a boil.
- Add the ingredients:
- Add the chopped noni fruit, bay leaves, guava leaves, and turmeric powder to the boiling water.
- Simmer the mixture:
- Let it simmer on low heat for 15-20 minutes, allowing all the nutrients to infuse into the water.
- Strain and serve:
- Once done, strain the mixture and let it cool slightly before drinking.
- You can drink it warm or cold, depending on your preference.
