Pepper Jelly Cheese Dip – Sweet, Savory & Irresistibly Gooey

👨‍🍳 Instructions

1. Preheat the Oven

Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) so it’s ready once the dip is assembled.

2. Layer the Dip

  1. Use a small baking dish (around 8×8 or a small oval dish).
  2. Spread the softened cream cheese evenly across the bottom of the dish using a spatula.
  3. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the cream cheese layer.
  4. Spoon the pepper jelly over the top, then gently spread it to cover the cheddar. This creates a sweet, spicy glaze on top of the creamy base.

3. Bake

Bake the dip uncovered for 15–20 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted and the jelly layer is bubbling gently around the edges.

4. Serve

Remove from the oven and let cool for 3–5 minutes before serving. Serve warm with crackers, pita chips, tortilla chips, or crostini.
