Overnight French Toast Bake with Brown Sugar Butter

Baking & Serving

  1. When ready to bake, preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Bake the French toast covered for the first 30 minutes to keep it soft and custardy.
  3. Uncover and continue baking for an additional 15 minutes, or until the top is lightly golden and the center is set.
  4. Remove from the oven and let rest for 5–10 minutes before serving.
  5. Sprinkle generously with powdered sugar and serve warm with maple syrup.
