- Make the peanut butter filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter and powdered sugar. Stir until smooth and thick enough to hold shape.
- Form sandwiches: Spread about a teaspoon of the peanut butter mixture onto half of the pretzels. Top each with another pretzel to form small sandwiches. Set them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Melt the caramel: Place the unwrapped caramel candies and milk in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth and pourable.
- Add caramel layer: Spoon a small amount of melted caramel over the top of each pretzel sandwich. Refrigerate for 10–15 minutes to set.
- Melt chocolate: In another microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and coconut oil. Heat in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth and glossy.
- Dip in chocolate: Dip each chilled pretzel bite halfway into the melted chocolate and return to the parchment-lined tray.
- Finish with sea salt: While the chocolate is still soft, sprinkle each bite with a small pinch of flaky sea salt for that sweet-salty balance.
- Chill and serve: Refrigerate the tray until the chocolate is fully set (about 20 minutes). Store chilled or at room temperature in an airtight container.
