No-Bake Banana Cinnamon Energy Bites

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, mash the ripe banana with a fork until smooth and lump-free.

2️⃣ Add Wet Ingredients

  1. Add peanut butter or almond butter, honey or maple syrup, and ground cinnamon.
  2. Mix thoroughly until creamy and well combined.

3️⃣ Mix in Oats & Add-ins

  1. Stir in the rolled oats.
  2. Add any optional mix-ins such as mini chocolate chips, chia seeds, flaxseed, or vanilla extract.
  3. Mix until the texture is slightly sticky and holds together when pressed. Adjust consistency:
    • Too wet? Add more oats.
    • Too dry? Add a drizzle of nut butter or honey.

4️⃣ Chill

  1. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 20–30 minutes. This helps the mixture firm up and makes rolling easier.

5️⃣ Form Bites

  1. Using clean hands or a small cookie scoop, roll the mixture into 1-inch balls.

6️⃣ Store

  • Place bites in an airtight container.
  • Refrigerate for up to 5 days or freeze for up to 1 month for a longer shelf life.
