Decorate a clock on the brie wheel using black frosting or gel with a thin tip.

Add the brie wheel to the center of your serving board.

Arrange the berries onto the board.

Add the crackers, meats and cheeses to the board.

Fill in any gaps with crackers, nuts or extra fruits.

Use a cookie cutter to cut out stars and add to the board on top of the dark berries.
