1️⃣ Cook the Chicken
- Season the chicken with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Place chicken in the pan and cook for 4–5 minutes per side, or until golden and fully cooked through.
- Optional: Add a squeeze of fresh lemon juice at the end for brightness.
2️⃣ Make the Rice
- While chicken cooks, warm your pre-cooked rice (or make fresh if needed).
- Stir in butter or olive oil, a pinch of salt, and lemon juice or parsley if desired.
- For presentation, shape the rice using a small bowl and invert onto the plate.
3️⃣ Steam the Veggies
- In a steamer basket or small pot, steam the broccoli, carrots, and asparagus for 4–6 minutes until tender but still crisp.
- Season lightly with salt and pepper once done.
4️⃣ Plate Everything
- Arrange a bed of fresh spinach leaves on your plate.
- Add the rice dome and steamed vegetables next to it.
- Place chicken slices on the side or across the spinach.
- Top with Kalamata olives and a small spoonful of mustard on the side for dipping.
