1️⃣ Mix the Creamy Cheese Base
In a large bowl, stir together the softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, shredded mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.
2️⃣ Fold in Shrimp & Chives
Add the chopped shrimp and chives to the mixture. Stir until evenly combined — you should have a thick, scoopable dip packed with flavor.
3️⃣ Bake Until Golden & Bubbly
Transfer the mixture to a small oven-safe dish. Top with reserved whole shrimp and a little extra mozzarella or Parmesan. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20–25 minutes, until hot, golden, and bubbling.
