Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, and heavy cream. Stir until smooth and well blended.
- Add in the white vinegar, chopped parsley, dill, chives, onion powder, garlic powder, mustard powder, and salt. Stir thoroughly until the herbs and seasonings are evenly distributed.
- Taste and add freshly ground black pepper as desired. Adjust seasoning to your preference.
- To achieve your desired dressing consistency, add water 1 tablespoon at a time, stirring after each addition. For a dip, keep it thick. For a pourable dressing, add more water until it reaches the consistency you like.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. Stir before serving.
