1️⃣ Grill the Chicken
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Grill over medium heat for 6–7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked through. Let rest for 5 minutes, then slice into thin strips.
2️⃣ Cook the Turkey Bacon
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to cool, then chop into bite-sized pieces.
3️⃣ Prepare the Veggies and Eggs
Wash and tear romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Slice the avocado and cherry tomatoes. Boil the eggs, then peel and halve them once cooled.
