Ingredients:
• 1 tbsp whole cloves
• 2 cinnamon sticks
• 3 star anise pods
• 2 cups water
How to make it:
- Add all ingredients to a pot.
- Boil for 10–15 minutes.
- Let cool and leave overnight to infuse.
- Strain and refrigerate.
How to drink:
• ½ cup in the morning on an empty stomach
• ½ cup before bed
