🫧 Guava Leaf Mouth Rinse (Most Effective)

Ingredients

  • 5–7 fresh guava leaves (or 1 tbsp dried leaves)

  • 2 cups clean water

Instructions

  1. Wash the guava leaves thoroughly.

  2. Bring water to a boil and add the leaves.

  3. Simmer for 10–15 minutes.

  4. Remove from heat and allow to cool until warm.

  5. Strain the liquid.

  6. Swish in the mouth for 30–60 seconds, then spit out.
