- Prepare the ingredients:
Wash the cherry tomatoes and set them aside. Slice the cucumber into rounds and cut each round in half to create half-moons. Cut the feta into even 1-inch cubes. If your feta is particularly crumbly, chill it slightly before cutting to help it hold shape. - Assemble the skewers:
Use small cocktail skewers or toothpicks. On each skewer, thread one half-moon cucumber slice, followed by a cube of feta, and top with a cherry tomato. Press gently so they sit snugly without breaking apart. - Drizzle and season:
Arrange the skewers on a serving plate. Drizzle the olive oil evenly over the top using a spoon or brush. Sprinkle with dried oregano, cracked black pepper, and sea salt to taste. - Garnish and chill:
Finish with a generous scattering of chopped fresh dill for color and fragrance. Refrigerate for 15–30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld and the feta to firm up slightly again.
