Season lamb with salt, pepper, garlic, and herbs.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear chops 3–4 minutes per side until beautifully browned.
Add butter and balsamic vinegar; spoon the glaze over the chops. Remove and rest.

2️⃣ Cook the Pasta
Boil fettuccine in salted water until al dente.
Reserve ¼ cup pasta water, then drain.
3️⃣ Cook the Shrimp
In a skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
Add shrimp and cook 1–2 minutes per side until pink. Remove and set aside.
4️⃣ Make the Alfredo Sauce
In the same pan, add cream, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Stir gently until smooth and slightly thickened.
Add pasta and shrimp, tossing to coat. Use reserved pasta water if needed to loosen the sauce.
5️⃣ Roast the Broccolini
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
Toss broccolini with olive oil and seasonings.
Roast 12–15 minutes until tender with lightly charred tips. Finish with lemon if desired.
