1. Cook the Tortellini:
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook tortellini according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
2. Make the Alfredo Sauce:
- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons butter. Add the minced garlic and sautƩ for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and stir. Let it simmer for 2ā3 minutes, then reduce the heat to low and stir in the Parmesan cheese. Stir until smooth and creamy.
- Season with salt, pepper, and a pinch of nutmeg or Italian seasoning if desired. Add the cooked tortellini to the sauce and toss to coat. Keep warm.
3. Sear the Steak Bites:
- Pat steak bites dry and season generously with salt and pepper.
- In a separate skillet over high heat, melt 3 tablespoons butter. Add the steak bites in a single layer (work in batches if needed) and sear for 2ā3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your liking.
- During the last minute, add the minced garlic and toss with the steak. Cook just until fragrant, then remove from heat.
4. Plate & Serve:
