Instructions
- Preheat the oven:
Set your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper and lightly spray with cooking spray for easy removal. - Make the crust:
In a medium bowl, stir together graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until evenly moistened. Press firmly and evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the base layer. - Add the toppings:
Evenly sprinkle chopped candied cherries, candied pineapple, golden raisins, chopped almonds, and shredded coconut over the graham cracker base in that order. - Pour sweetened condensed milk:
Drizzle the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the top of the layered ingredients. Use a spatula or the back of a spoon to spread it gently if needed. - Bake:
Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the top is slightly bubbly. - Cool and slice:
Allow the bars to cool completely in the pan before lifting out using the parchment. Cut into squares or rectangles once set.
