Frozen Vanilla & Chocolate Ice Cream Loaf with Dark Chocolate Drizzle

🔪 Instructions

  1. Soften Ice Cream: Take both ice creams out of the freezer and let sit at room temperature for 10 minutes to soften slightly for easy spreading.
  2. Layer in Pan: Line a loaf pan with plastic wrap, allowing extra to hang over the sides for easy removal.
  3. First Layer: Spread vanilla ice cream into the base of the pan and smooth it out evenly with a spatula.
  4. Second Layer: Add the chocolate ice cream on top and smooth the surface.
  5. Freeze: Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm (overnight is best).
  6. Unmold and Decorate: Remove from pan using the overhanging plastic wrap. Drizzle melted dark chocolate over the top and garnish with chocolate shavings.
  7. Serve: Slice and serve frozen. Enjoy this creamy, chocolatey treat straight from the freezer!
