A tall, elegant woman in a navy blue suit stepped out, her gaze confident.
Her eyes met Elenora’s — and, for a moment, time stood still.

It was Lia.

Behind her stood Rosa and Clara — now accomplished young women, smiling, in impeccable outfits.
They held in their hands a white envelope and a small set of silver keys.

« You took care of us when no one else did, » Lia said, her voice trembling.
« Now it’s our turn. »

Elenora brought a hand to her mouth, unable to hold back her tears.
Lia handed her the envelope — inside was the deed to a new house, fully adapted to her needs.

“We’ve started a foundation, Dona Elenora,” Rosa explained.
“We help girls like us… and it all started with your meals.”

Elenora wept silently, hugging the three young women — these children she had once rescued from the garbage and who were now returning to save her from loneliness.

As the sun set behind the old house, Lia took his hand and whispered softly,
« You taught us what it means to truly love. »

Elenora smiled.
For the first time in many years, she no longer felt alone.
Her past had returned — not to hurt her, but to bless her.
