- Prepare the Pudding Base:
In a medium mixing bowl, add the dry vanilla pudding mix and 1/2 cup of cold milk. Whisk together until smooth and thickened slightly. This should only take 1–2 minutes. The consistency will be thicker than traditional pudding due to the small amount of milk—this creates a rich and fluffy base that blends well with the apples and candy. - Fold in the Cool Whip:
Gently fold the entire tub of Cool Whip into the pudding mixture using a rubber spatula. Mix until fully incorporated and smooth. Be careful not to overmix, as you want to keep the texture light and airy. - Chop the Apples and Snickers:
Core and dice the Granny Smith apples into bite-sized chunks. Leave the skin on for added texture and color. Chop the Snickers bars into small pieces, roughly the same size as the apples, to ensure a balanced bite in every spoonful. The amount of Snickers can be adjusted to your sweetness preference.
