Easy Cherry Pie Bombs (Air Fryer or Oven)

Air Fryer Method

Lightly oil the air fryer basket. Arrange the pie bombs in a single layer, leaving space between each one so air can circulate.

Air fry at 330°F for 6–7 minutes. Gently loosen or turn the bombs if needed, then continue cooking for another 1–2 minutes until evenly golden and cooked through.

Oven Method

Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the pie bombs about 2 inches apart.

Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until puffed and golden brown, with bubbling filling inside.

Allow the cherry pie bombs to cool slightly before serving—the filling will be very hot. Serve warm for the best gooey center and crisp cinnamon-sugar coating.
