Double Chocolate & Vanilla Heart Rolled Yule Log

  1. Heat cream until it simmers. Pour over chopped chocolate (200 g), let sit 1 minute, then stir until smooth. Stir in butter for a shiny finish.
  2. Place the chilled log on a rack or serving platter. Pour the lukewarm glaze over and smooth with a spatula. Refrigerate at least 2 hours to set.
