- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a 30×40 cm baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk eggs and sugar for 5–7 minutes until pale, thick, and airy.
- Sift in flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gently fold in with a spatula, being careful not to deflate the batter.
- Drizzle in melted butter and fold until just combined.
- Spread the batter evenly over the tray. Bake for 10–12 minutes — it should remain soft but spring back when touched.
