Doritos Pizza Rolls – Crunchy, Cheesy, Party-Perfect Bites

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it to prevent sticking.
  2. Prepare the dough:
Roll out the refrigerated pizza dough on a lightly floured surface into a large rectangle. Cut into small rectangles—approximately 2×3 inches each—for bite-sized rolls.
  3. Fill and roll:
Spread a small amount of pizza sauce onto the center of each rectangle. Add a pinch of shredded mozzarella and a few mini pepperoni slices. Carefully roll each rectangle from one end to the other, tucking in the edges as needed to enclose the filling. Pinch the seams to seal.
  4. Prepare the coating:
In a medium bowl, combine the crushed Doritos, melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Stir until the mixture is evenly coated and crumbly.
  5. Coat the pizza rolls:
Roll each sealed pizza roll in the Doritos mixture, pressing gently to adhere the coating all around.
  6. Bake:
Place the coated pizza rolls on the prepared baking sheet, spaced slightly apart. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and crispy.
  7. Serve:
Let cool slightly, then serve warm with extra pizza sauce on the side for dipping.
