Instructions
- Preheat oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it to prevent sticking. - Prepare the dough:
Roll out the refrigerated pizza dough on a lightly floured surface into a large rectangle. Cut into small rectangles—approximately 2×3 inches each—for bite-sized rolls. - Fill and roll:
Spread a small amount of pizza sauce onto the center of each rectangle. Add a pinch of shredded mozzarella and a few mini pepperoni slices. Carefully roll each rectangle from one end to the other, tucking in the edges as needed to enclose the filling. Pinch the seams to seal. - Prepare the coating:
In a medium bowl, combine the crushed Doritos, melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Stir until the mixture is evenly coated and crumbly. - Coat the pizza rolls:
Roll each sealed pizza roll in the Doritos mixture, pressing gently to adhere the coating all around. - Bake:
Place the coated pizza rolls on the prepared baking sheet, spaced slightly apart. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and crispy. - Serve:
Let cool slightly, then serve warm with extra pizza sauce on the side for dipping.
