Crispy Pepperoni Rice Cups

  1. Remove the tray from the oven. Place 2–3 slices of pepperoni in the center of each rice cup.
  2. Return to the oven for another 3–4 minutes, just until the pepperoni is heated through and slightly crisp.

  1. Once baked, let the cups cool for 2 minutes.
  2. Carefully unmold and top each with a fresh basil leaf for a bright, fragrant finish.

💡 Tips & Variations

  • If rice is sticky: Lightly wet the back of your spoon to press it into the molds more easily.
  • Use convection mode: For crispier edges, use the convection setting during the last 5 minutes of baking.
