Creamy Eggnog Tapioca Pudding

Cool and Serve

  1. Chill:
    Transfer the hot pudding into individual serving bowls or one large serving dish. Cover tightly with plastic wrap, pressing it directly onto the surface of the pudding to prevent a skin from forming. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until fully chilled and set. As it cools, the pudding will continue to thicken to its final creamy consistency.
