Classic Zucchini Bread (Ultra-Moist & Foolproof)

Directions

  1. Preheat & Prep
    Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 9×5-inch loaf pans (or line with parchment).

  2. Mix Wet Ingredients
    In a large bowl, beat eggs, sugar, and oil until smooth and slightly thickened.

  3. Add Dry Ingredients
    Stir in flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and vanilla until just combined—don’t overmix.

  4. Fold in Zucchini & Nuts
    Gently fold in grated zucchini and walnuts (if using).

  5. Bake
    Divide batter evenly between pans. Bake 55–65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

  6. Cool
    Cool in pans for 10–15 minutes, then turn out onto a rack to cool completely before slicing.
