Christmas Tree Spritz

Instructions

  1. If you’d like to rim the glass, spread 1 tablespoon granulated sugar on a small, flat plate. Wet the rim of a wine glass with a damp paper towel. Invert the glass into the sugar, turning it as needed to coat the rim. Fill the glass halfway with ice.

  2. Add 3 ounces chilled sparkling wine, 2 ounces green Chartreuse, and 1 ounce chilled club soda. Gently stir to combine. Taste and add more club soda if desired. Garnish with a fresh rosemary sprig and cranberries if desired.

Recipe Notes

Substitution: St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur can be used as a substitute for Chartreuse for a more floral spritz.
