1️⃣ Make the Crumble:
- In a bowl, mix together graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until the mixture resembles wet sand. Set aside.
2️⃣ Prepare the Cheesecake Fluff:
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and lump-free.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and continue beating until light and creamy.
- Gently fold in the whipped topping using a spatula until the mixture is fluffy and fully combined.
3️⃣ Assemble the Layers:
- In a 9×9 dish or trifle bowl, press half of the graham cracker crumble into the bottom of the dish.
- Spoon and spread the cheesecake fluff mixture evenly over the crumble layer.
- Top with the entire can of cherry pie filling, spreading it evenly.
- Sprinkle the remaining graham cracker crumble over the top as a final layer.
