🛒 Ingredients

  • 300 g beef fillet (center-cut tenderloin)
  • 1 roll puff pastry (230 g)
  • 200 g button mushrooms
  • 30 g unsalted butter
  • 10 ml olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove (5 g), finely chopped
  • 6 g fresh parsley, chopped
  • 3 g salt
  • 1 g black pepper
  • 1 egg yolk (for brushing)

  1. Clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth. Slice thinly. Finely chop the garlic and parsley.
  2. In a skillet, heat the olive oil and half of the butter over medium heat.
  3. Add the mushrooms and sauté for 6–8 minutes until their moisture evaporates completely and they start to brown.
  4. Stir in the garlic, salt, and pepper. Cook for 30 seconds. Add parsley, mix well, and remove from heat. Let the mixture cool.
