Banana Pudding Cheesecake Cones

Prepare the Cheesecake Filling:

  1. Beat the cream cheese: In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar. Beat with an electric mixer on medium speed until the mixture is completely smooth, creamy, and free of lumps. Scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed.
  2. Whip the cream: In a separate bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream using clean beaters or a whisk attachment until soft peaks form. The cream should hold its shape but still be silky. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until just combined to maintain its light texture.
  3. Prepare the banana pudding: In another bowl, whisk the instant banana pudding mix with the cold milk. Continue whisking for 2–3 minutes until the mixture thickens to a pudding consistency. Let it rest briefly to firm up further if needed.
  4. Combine: Gently fold the thickened banana pudding into the cream cheese mixture. Mix carefully until the two components are fully blended into a smooth, banana-flavored cheesecake filling. Cover and refrigerate the mixture while preparing the cones to allow it to chill and firm up slightly.
