Directions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent the wraps from sticking during baking.
- Prepare the Tortillas: Lay the 4 large flour tortillas on a clean surface. Spread about 1/4 cup of pizza sauce over each tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges to prevent the sauce from spilling out during rolling.
- Assemble the Pizza Wraps: Sprinkle each tortilla evenly with 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese. Add your desired toppings—1/2 cup of pepperoni slices, 1/2 cup of sliced mushrooms, 1/2 cup of sliced bell peppers, and 1/4 cup of sliced black olives. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning over the toppings to add extra flavor.
- Roll the Wraps: Carefully roll up each tortilla tightly to enclose the pizza fillings. Be sure to fold in the sides slightly as you roll to keep the fillings inside. Place the wraps seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush with Olive Oil: Lightly brush the tops of the pizza wraps with olive oil to help them turn golden brown and crispy while baking.
- Bake: Bake the wraps in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until they are golden brown and the cheese inside is bubbly and melted.
