- 300 g beef fillet (center-cut tenderloin)
- 1 roll puff pastry (230 g)
- 200 g button mushrooms
- 30 g unsalted butter
- 10 ml olive oil
- 1 garlic clove (5 g), finely chopped
- 6 g fresh parsley, chopped
- 3 g salt
- 1 g black pepper
- 1 egg yolk (for brushing)
