Ingredients
- 300 g of milk
- 100 g de sucre
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
- 80g of butter
- 20 g of oil
- 2 eggs
- ½ cube of fresh yeast
- 550 g of flour
- 1 tablespoon of granulated sugar
Preparation
- In a saucepan or large container, mix the milk, sugar, vanilla sugar, butter, oil and eggs.
- Gently warm the mixture, without bringing it to a boil, until the butter is melted.
- Add the crumbled yeast and mix until completely dissolved.
- Gradually incorporate the flour and knead until you obtain a smooth dough. If necessary, add a little more flour until the dough no longer sticks to your hands.
