- 1 cup (50g) shredded phyllo dough (kataifi), finely chopped
- 2 tbsp melted butter

- ½ cup (60g) finely chopped pistachios (divided)
- ½ cup (85g) white chocolate chips or sweetened cream cheese
- 1 tbsp orange blossom water
- ½ cup (60g) powdered sugar (for glaze)
- 1–2 tsp milk or orange juice (for glaze)
