1️⃣ Combine the Ingredients
- In a large pot, combine all of the cans (black beans, pinto beans, diced tomatoes, sweet corn, green chilies, chicken broth, and cooked chicken).
- Stir well to combine and break up the chicken into smaller pieces.
2️⃣ Heat the Soup
- Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium-high heat.
- Reduce the heat and let it cook for 10–15 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together and the soup to heat through.
3️⃣ Season & Serve
- Taste and adjust seasoning with salt, pepper, or additional spices like cumin, chili powder, or paprika, if desired.
- Serve hot with your favorite toppings such as shredded cheese, sour cream, cilantro, or tortilla chips.
